Yoga Outside

Yoga can be a great way to relax, exercise and take some time for yourself. Doing your practice outside has an added bonus of being able to enjoy nature! Keep in mind there are modifications so complete your practice at a pace that is comfortable to you. Namaste!

How To:

  1. Find a relaxing space outside. It could be in your own garden, on your patio, in a park or at the beach.

  2. You may choose to use a yoga mat depending on the surface you decide to practice on.

  3. Complete your yoga practice. There are many free yoga at home videos you can use or you may choose to attend a class that is offered. Be mindful & present!

  4. Upload a photo or video to your journal.
