Be Patient. As the saying goes - " Good things come to those who wait".

How To:

Practicing patience is something we can work on in every situation.

  1. When you feel yourself losing your patience focus on what is making you impatient and try to change your mindset. This could happen in many situations such as waiting in line, waiting in traffic, when studying or playing a sport.

  2. Take a deep breath and try to relax.

  3. Becoming patient takes work. You will need to focus on this in every situation.

  4. Write about your experiences in your journal.
