How To:

  1. Do some research on mindfulness- what is it, what are the benefits, and how can it be practiced?

  2. Choose how you would like to practice mindfulness- take a mindful walk, take a mindful shower, focus on your senses, focus on your breathing, do what you love and be present.....

  3. Write a journal entry about your mindful moment.
