Express Gratitude

Everyday may not be good, be there is something good in everyday. Start each day with a grateful heart.

How To:

  1. Think of something you are grateful for - it could be something big or small.

  2. There are many ways to complete this challenge - you may write a list of things you are grateful for, you may express gratitude to someone by writing them a note telling them why you are grateful or showing them through a kind gesture.

  3. Share you gratitude list or gratitude gesture in your journal.
