Break a Bad Habit

Habits can be tricky to break.... but if it's a bad one it will be worth the trouble!

How To:

  1. Choose a bad habit you would like to break.

  2. Focus on why you want to change that habit.

  3. You may wish to have a friend support you.

  4. You can also choose to replace the bad habit with a better one.

  5. If you slip up, keep trying!

  6. Share your experience in your journal.
